Refund policy

1. Your right to cancel (UK customers) If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@courtovia.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Returns window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for all customers. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

3. How to return an item Email hello@courtovia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a returns address and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot guarantee processing without prior authorisation.

4. Return shipping costs If you are returning an item due to a defect, incorrect item, or our error, we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. Please email hello@courtovia.com to request an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Faulty or damaged items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@courtovia.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, personalised or custom-made products, and items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorisation.

9. Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@courtovia.com and we will investigate promptly.
