1. Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping to the United Kingdom We ship to all mainland UK addresses, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Estimated timeline From the moment you place your order, you can expect the following:

  • Order placed → processed within 1–2 business days
  • Order dispatched → delivered within 2–5 business days
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–7 business days

4. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.

5. Customs, duties & import taxes (UK) As our goods are shipped internationally, UK orders may be subject to customs duties or import VAT upon entry into the UK. These charges are determined by HMRC and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control customs processing times, which may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

6. Tracking your order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@courtovia.com.

7. Lost or delayed shipments If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@courtovia.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.

8. Incorrect addresses Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. MABENTREPRISES cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@courtovia.com — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
